Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid - Onsite from Day1) Duration: Long term Contract Job Description: Client is looking for an experienced, resourceful Business Analyst Agile to join our growing team. In this position, you will be responsible for defining and driving the launch of new applications and services within our company. You should have a solid grasp on Agile methodologies as well as eliciting business requirements and translating them to user stories working with the solutioning team to deliver a high-quality product to increase company revenue. In this role you will act as a critical link between the business functions and the engineering team, collaborating with functional leadership, Project Managers and external suppliers to ensure new and enhanced product features are delivered in a cost-effective manner without negatively impacting quality. Business Analyst - Duties and Responsibilities: Turns data insights into product features with practical outcomes to the ultimate customer. Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines turning points and deliverables, and finds opportunities and risks. Translates product roadmap into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria. Builds and refines work items in the team backlog in order to keep it organized, relevant and progressively elaborated. Ensures there is enough backlog items in "ready" state to sustain team planning every two weeks.
