Role: Business Systems Analyst

Primary Skills: Business Systems

Role Description: The

Business Systems Analyst must have at least 5 years of experience.

Required Experience and Skills: - 6+ years of experience as Business Systems Analyst. - Experience working in Banking domain specifically Lending Servicing or Default Domain. - Experience working in Agile and /or Scrum development. - Experience working in Mainframe and Java based projects. - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Knowledge of system architecture and application portfolio. - Ability to simplify and standardize complex concepts and/or processes. - Business process management and modeling. - Requirement definition and management. - Problem solving and/or analytical thinking. - Possess the ability to manage workload, manage multiple priorities, and manage conflicts with customers/employees/managers, as applicable.

Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent.

Experience: Minimum 5 years

Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses

Travel: No

Local Preferred: Yes

Note: Must be able to work on a W2 basis
