Our client has an immediate need for a
Construction Project Manager. Requirements:- 3 – 5 years of experience with Construction/Building
- Experience with construction of cleanrooms is a plus
- Experience with construction of pharma is a plus
- Collaborating with engineers, architects, and other workers in the same project
- Choosing subcontractors and delegating their responsibilities
- Responsible for any delays, emergencies, and problems that can arise
- Complying with safety and building codes as well as legal requirements
- Reporting project progress and budget to the client
- Explaining contracts and technical matters to others in a clear manner
- Preparing budgets and cost estimates, along with working timetables
- Ensuring vendors are correctly executing blueprints
- Confirmation of Conceptual Design, Process Flow, Gowning/Personnel Flow, Material Flow, Waste Flow
- Aseptic core manufacturing cleanrooms including production and material transfer areas
- Installation and modifications of all supporting utilities and IT infrastructure
- Addressing FDA Response and risk assessment results
- Developing required facility drawings for all spaces, including manufacturing suites, QC labs, warehouse, and facility utilities
- Installation and upgrade of associated environmental programs for monitoring the newly constructed spaces
- Reviewing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and associated training
