- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or related field
- 5+ years of technical IT experience with at least 3 years of experience in dev-ops, CI/CD engineer, automation or similar job function
- Possesses significant knowledge of script writing
- Knowledge of software packing tools (.exe, Docker, etc.)
- Knowledge of programming languages (YAML, Groovy, shell, bash etc.)
- Strong working knowledge of version control tools
- Strong working knowledge of security/vulnerability tools
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and architecture
- Knowledge of IT service management processes and business change control processes
- Strong proficiency in automating and optimizing processes
- Strong working knowledge of complex technical concepts (software development, systems integration, automation, system/application architecture)
