Overview

Our Team The Portfolio Strategic Planning & Investment Governance group manages the strategic planning process, including end-to-end process design and implementation, Capital Finance and TSP integrations, stakeholder engagement model, timelines, budget alignment to investment themes, and executive reporting. We oversee the design and implementation of PPM program enhancements with respect to budget, workflow and reporting and govern the program-level change management process. We are accountable for the firmwide Initiative Planning process and execution of the portfolio including identifying, prioritizing and coordinating program governance.

The Role We are seeking a Financial/Data Analyst to join our Global Operations & Technology Portfolio team to facilitate the Initiative Portfolio annual and continuous planning processes and will partner closely with the Portfolio Planning lead. You will partner with clients and stakeholders to facilitate effective portfolio demand management and track program delivery and health against approved funding and will serve as a liaison between the central portfolio team and internal finance partners. You will have a strong proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint and ability to engage with senior stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Works with all groups in the central Portfolio team and across the broader Office of the CIO organization to effectively plan and produce analytics related to program financial performance.
  • Serves as a liaison between clients and internal technical groups to ensure delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to specification.
  • Focused on producing metrics and analytics both on an recurring and ad-hoc basis.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in in Business, Finance, Economics or other related area or equivalent work experience required.
  • 6+ years of related finance or project management experience required, experience with technology or financial services industry is a plus.
  • Proven experience delivering timely, high quality presentations and/or reporting for various projects.
  • Attention to detail a must with continuous focus on design excellence
  • Excel formula generation, Pivot tables, PowerPoint etc
  • Power BI and Data Modeling a plus
