Field Services Engineers - Installers will be working with other Field Services Engineers, carpenters, electricians, and other trades on our Front End Redesign project. Technicians will be asked to remove all IT equipment from the existing front end laneo Equipment will either be staged for later use or be sent back to the warehouse for cleanup and re-use Technicians will assist in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting new equipment in new laneso Technicians will be on site until all newly installed equipment are up and operational Technicians may be assigned other tasks on site by Sr. Field Services team members Technicians may be assigned other tasks by Field Services Manager 90 - 95% travel (travel will be mostly within PA/OH) Must be able to work off-hours Must have reliable transportation Must be able to travel out of state for days at a time - some times a week Must be able to float hotel and meal expenses for the week - weekly reimbursement Must be polite, professional, patient, and courteous - everyone is our customer Must be able to work independently as well as in a group - strong work ethic Must be able to lift 25 lbs. Must have a general IT understanding Must be comfortable crawling, bending, stretching, and standing for long periods of time
