Role Description: The

Project Manager must have at least 5+ years of experience.

Responsibilities: - Manage and allocate resources and organizes the work. - Draft and submit project budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary. - Plan and schedules project timeliness and milestones using appropriate tools.

Required Experience and Skills: - Strong project management skills- Good communication skills- Ability to handle big team of 10-15 resources- Partner with internal project liaisons to acquire human and material resources, assigns tasks, direct activities, and controls project execution. Motivates and supervises project team members.- Tracks and reports progress, analyzes the results based on facts, defines the products of the project, and forecasts future trends in the project. - Proactively manages changes in project scope, identifies potential crises, and devises contingency plans.- Maintains communications for governing bodies and interested parties. - Communicates project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.- Experience with banking Industry is PLUS- Experience with Clarity tool is plus- PMP certification is a PLUS

Skill Set: - 6 years of excellent Project Management skills.- 6 years of excellent Documentation experience.- 6 years of excellent- 6 years of excellent Communication skills.

Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent.

Experience: Minimum 5+ years

Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses

Local Preferred: Yes

Note: Must be able to work on a W2 basis
