- Project coordination Problem resolutions/escalation Relationship management Operate master consoles to monitor the performance of computer systems and networks, and to coordinate computer network access and use Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware
- 6-8 Years of experience required.
- Project Management and solid technical infrastructure background must have
- Problem resolution, Customer Service Skills
- Devops experience
- IAC - Infrastructure as Code,Jira, Confluence, Service Now
- PM certifications are a plus
