Role: Serve in a leadership role on requirements projects to ensure that business, organizational and/or system requirements are planned for, elicited, analyzed, validated, documented, reviewed, and tested. This individual can participate in and/or lead projects. Participate in the business analysis body of knowledge areas, including Enterprise Analysis; Elicitation; Requirement Analysis; Business Analysis; Planning and Monitoring; Requirements Management and Communication; Solutions Assessment Perform quality assurance testing functions including design and execution of detailed test plans and test cases to verify that the software meets requirements; identification of problems and defects that should be corrected prior to implementation; ensuring that the system delivers the required specifications Serve as Project Manager/Lead on small-to-large scale requirements projects, business improvement efforts and enterprise businessRequired:
- 6+ years of experience in information systems, with an emphasis on the requirements life cycle, development and testing and leading testing efforts, and/or dedicated staff to complete significant systems design, testing and/or implementation
- Strong knowledge of requirements analysis techniques and Quality Assurance (test case writing/executing)
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of current best practices, methodologies, standards, and approaches to Business Analysis
