NTT DATA's Client is seeking a Smartsheets Support to join their team in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (US-PA), United States (US). Job Description: Project Overview: Multiple business units w/in PSG are sing Smartsheet's for Project Mgmt (Plan projects, automate workflows & align teams, etc.). We need support team to assist & resolve users' issues and needs. Role Scope / Deliverables: Manage ticket in SNOW (including appropriate and timely updates in SNOW) Identify which are configurations items. or How To vs Tech issues (which will be worked w/ Smartsheet's vendor) Key Skills: Smartsheet's experience (min level) Smartsheet's certified (nice to have) Any Proj Mgmt tools knowledge (except for MS Project) xls savvy Very Good communication skills Able to work w/ users and gather requirements or understand the issue reported Very good analytic skills Resourceful Able to take Smartsheets training and pass it The Company is an equal opportunity employer and makes employment decisions on the basis of merit and business needs.
