They help to craft, the narrative structure of marketing campaigns and product experiences via strategy recommendations, customer journeys, and user flows across multiple channels and platforms.The Sr. Content Strategist carries out and maintains governance of content types, templates, patterns, and information architecture through continuous audit and analysis. This includes articulating how analytics advise the governance and development of content. This position will help drive consistency across the website and ensure that marketing content adheres to the UX guidelines.We're looking for an experienced content strategist that can help elevate our content strategy and drive innovative experiences for our customers! The ideal candidate is comfortable working with cross-functional teams, has strong interpersonal skills, and strives for continuous improvement to optimize our customer experience.Key Responsibilities:Assesses and defines digital and print content needs through conducting inventory and analyses to advise marketing campaigns, product experiences, and content migrations

Designs content, both holistically and tactically, into the patterns, templates, and content information architecture that supports the website by driving technical improvements that enable content targeting, personalization, and syndication through the CMS and other tools

Collaborates closely with various marketing team members, user experience architects, content specialists, visual designers, copywriters, and product teams to ensure

Messages are consistent, appropriately positioned, and leverage SEO and metadata

Content can be published and syndicated easily

Advise editorial calendars and governance workflows

Customer journeys, user flows, and layouts/wireframes align to standards, personas, and marketing funnel stages advised by analytics

Valid experiment design and implementation of quantitative user testing plans

Aligns business goals with customer needs on campaign storytelling, advises on content governance workflows, and delivers customer journeys for marketing campaigns

Coordinates regular website accessibility and maintenance updates to ensure the website is up to date and meets accessibility standards and requirements

Assists in training opportunities to improve knowledge and understanding of UX, content strategy, and website content standards

Writes thoughtful, innovative marketing communication for various channels that follow brand standards and copy guidelines

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:3-7 years of related professional experience with a focus on web and content

Bachelor’s Degree in UX, IT, Marketing, Writing, Communications, or equivalent experience required

Outstanding skills demonstrating campaign construction and customer experience through roadmaps or journey documentation

Experience developing and working with wireframes

Experience in advising and developing content structures for comprehensive campaigns, both on and off-line marketing collateral

Proficient with Microsoft Office programs and Adobe Creative Suite

Professional knowledge of graphic design, UX, or information architecture

Knowledge of HTML and content management systems; experience with Adobe Experience Manager a plus

Interpersonal and communication skills with a problem-solving and diligent approach; experience with scientific content a plus

Multi-tasking skills and the ability to balance speed and quality

Responds well and stays positive to constructive feedback and creative change requests

Successful track record of combining business objectives, design recommendations, and technical constraints into a single innovative, brand-right solution

Ability to understand sophisticated, abstract technical subjects and express them in a straightforward, consumer-friendly way

Outstanding writing skills with experience writing both creative and technically orientated copy for various forms of marketing collateral

Possesses strong presentation skills and the ability to present partners with the data and insights needed to influence and advise on effective marketing strategies

Strong conceptual skills that focus on crafting new insights that improve the customer experience
