Description:-Reports to the Project Manager who sits in office-Meet w/ project owners for updates-Manage schedule-Assure safety of site and those on site-Perform quality checks-Field questions from sub contractors-They could have to oversee up to 17 trades on any given projectWork Environment:Traveling supers will travel during the week to sites and be home on weekends. Most times they leave out early Monday, and are on site all week. They will get per diem of $100-$140/day depending on area they are in. They are able to choose their lodging from there. They will also get .58/mile for travel. Also will be provided with a company phone and credit card for project related expenses.Additional Skills & Qualifications:-Commercial construction experience (retail, hospitality, banks/financial institutions, ect.)-General contractor-4-6 years of superintendent experience in commercial space-Design build experience-Renovation experience-Managing client relationships/customer service skills-Projects range from $750k-$15M in budgetAbout Actalent: Actalent connects passion with purpose.
