Job Description
VP Business Systems (remote) Anywhere, US Direct Hire Pay Range: $200K - $250K + Bonus Job Description: Our client is the world's leading research company focused on digital transformation. Our client is rapidly growing and looking for a Sr. VP of Business Systems that is highly experienced with overseeing and maintaining enterprise level business systems combined with establishing new and progressive technologies and systems for a rapidly growing organization. In depth experience owning all of an organizations business related systems is crucial. You will also be tasked with directing the evaluation and implementation of a Customer Data Platform and subsequent data enrichment tools, partnering with the Data & Analytics team for data ingestion and distribution between systems. Required Skills:- 7+ years of Business Systems leadership experience
- Hands-on experience with sales and marketing platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce, Sailthru, and Cloudsense.
- Experience with leading and growing technical resources and teams related to business systems
- Experienced with owning procurement, project management, and implementation of business systems
- Experience with development of CRM, marketing attribution and automation platforms
- Management of criteria and process for platform evaluation, contract negotiation, renewal, and experience overseeing vendor relationships
- Analyze the state of enterprise applications to support initiatives on reducing complexity, system redundancy and cost
- Familiarity with multi-touch attribution platforms
- Experience with managing Salesforce and/or Salesforce partner relationships both internal and external
- Adept at breaking down and presenting complex technology, platform or integration solutions into business terms for diverse stakeholder groups
- Experience implementing Customer Data Platforms and supporting the integration or activation of workflows for connected systems in the support of business objectives
- Familiarity with platform interoperability through the use of tools to manage data integrations or process automation
- Demonstrated ability to interface with executive leadership through excellent interpersonal, communication, project management and presentation skills
- Previous success in identifying and implementing SaaS platforms used across multiple teams, as well as optimizing how existing and new systems can be leveraged together
- Experience managing and building high performing teams in technology solutions, platform administration and business analytics
