- Drive customer conversations to define the requirements and overall configuration solutions for data and related applications.
- Demonstrate experience in HealthEdge HR Payor Configuration & Designer tools
- Exhibit talent in solution design and configuration
- Critic and review configurations done by other resources from Client.
- Create technical solution, artifacts, work products and present the solution with the customer.
- Review functional and technical requirements, raising potential issues and participating actively in design discussions.
- Lead high performing teams, managing daily tasks and driving the individual assignments and work products.
- Manage workstreams and provide input into the larger program plan.
- Assume accountability for key components of the project architecture and product delivery.
- Collaborate with Customers and Product Marketing / Management teams to identify opportunities that can be exploited through great software features. Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Senior Business Analysts, and other client stakeholders
- Work as a member of a design, build and test agile team continuously releasing new features.
- Drive Requirements and design in an agile environment
- Mentor and Client configuration team on HE configuration as well as others within your own team
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a software related discipline. A Master’s degree in a related field is an added plus.
- 10+ years of experience in Healthcare projects development
- 2+ years of experience in HealthEdge configuration
