We are an established southwestern Pennsylvania based real estate appraisal company that seeks an individual to help support our office functions. This is a part time position with a possibility of full time work in the future working with a handful of co-workers. This position has clerical, administrative, and computer related duties, with a heavy emphasis on ones ability to accurately manipulate Microsoft and web based applications.
Duties to include (but are not limited to): verify information and records in web based and customized computer systems; transmit appraisals to clients; word processing and spreadsheet utilization as well as database program reporting, assist with technical duties as relayed by the principles; relay necessary messages to staff and appraisers in regard to preparation of appraisals.
Must possess the following: be able to handle inquires (phone calls), and make calls at the directive of management; professional verbal and written communication skills; proficient with MSWord and Excel; strong attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and be able to work with confidentiality. Ideal candidate will have real estate related experience, technical/computer competence and good accurate typing ability.
