Position Overview: As a Project Manager, you'll oversee the entire roofing process from initial contact to final inspection. This comprehensive role includes sales, customer relationship management, quality control, and project completion. You'll be the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout their roofing project, ensuring satisfaction at every step.
Essential Requirements:
Valid driver's license and reliable truck/vehicle
Physical ability and willingness to climb and inspect roofs
Ability to generate your own leads and build a strong customer pipeline
Available for travel throughout the state
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellence in customer communication and relationship management
Basic computer proficiency
Construction or roofing experience preferred
Previous SALES experience a PLUS, but will train the right candidates
Key Responsibilities:
Lead generation and sales
Initial roof inspections and assessments
Project estimation and proposal preparation
Material ordering and scheduling
Crew oversight
Quality control inspections
Customer communication throughout project
Final walkthrough and customer sign-off
Insurance claim handling (training provided)

Physical Requirements:
Ability to climb ladders and navigate different roof types safely

This position requires reliable transportation, travel throughout the state, and physical activity including roof climbing and site inspections. All candidates must pass a background check. Income will vary based on earned commissions and will fall between $75,000 - $200,000 a year based on experience and performance.
