Position Summary:
Seeking highly motivated and driven sales representatives. No cold calling or prospecting is required; you will run pre-qualified, confirmed appointments with homeowners present. Our consultants are expected to close 50% or more and at a minimum earn 100k. In addition, you will have the backing of a company and product that has been around for over 38 years in the marketplace and is #1 in the region and country.

Requirements:
Minimum one (1) year prior in-home selling experience preferred or business to consumer experience a plus
Valid PA Drivers License
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Must possess a smart phone
Be highly competitive and a motivated self-starter
Have high ethical and personal standards; we take our reputation very seriously
Must be able to pass a drug and background check, contingent upon employment
Organized with good time management skills
Demonstrated ability to develop a rapport with customers; good listening skills
Must be able to travel 100% of time
Must have reliable transportation
Ability to sell our products in customers homes
Ability to measure the exterior of customers homes
