Exp. in renovations, remodeling, additions, etc. Min. 5yrs. carpentry exp. and 2 yrs. as a foreman/crew leader. Demo, metal and wood framing, windows, doors, drywall, trim, cabinetry, tile work, plumbing, minor electrical, etc Must be reliable with valid DL Lic., tools of the trade etc Must be able to supervise and work with crew and coordinate subcontractors.
