Client is seeking a seasoned Sr Business Architect/ Consultant in clinical domain to join our growing team supporting life science clients through end to end business and technology solution offerings and professional services.Roles and Responsibilities :The Sr Business Analyst works with stakeholders, both leadership and subject matter experts, to build & support a holistic view of the organization's strategy, processes, information, and information technology assets. The role of the business analyst is to take this knowledge and ensure that the business and IT are in alignment. The Business Solutions Specialist will ensure the business mission, strategy, and processes of an organization to its IT strategy, and documents this using multiple models or views that show how the current and future needs of an organization will be met in an efficient, sustainable, agile, and adaptable manner. Required Business / Functional Skills:- Strategic Analysis across broad eco-systems.
- Deep Life Science / Pharmaceutical expertise in clinical (eTMF, CTMS,RBM, Study Start Up, Clinical Optimization)
- Strong core consulting skills (RFP RFI expertise, client presentations, solutions delivery business developments, offering framework capabilities and communication skills
- Interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to articulate the various types of architecture required to implement a new business capability.
- Depth in business process improvements, business processing mapping
- Ability to review, revise and create SOP's within the clinical domain
