Desaki Restaurant in the Poconos is currently seeking a full time Kitchen Manager & Chef. Previous experience is required for this high volume food service facility. Duties include, but are not limited to: banquet set up, preparation & catering, ordering & receiving deliveries, ability to multi-task under pressure, and prioritize & delegate tasks efficiently.
