This is an opportunity for the Dentist that wants full autonomy and is willing to learn the ins and outs of growing an Implant Practice.
compensation: Compensation is based on % of your collection and equity distribution.
employee earns 5% per year on a 5 yr basis
employment type: part-time
Mentorship- for those looking to learn all aspects of implantology and systems of running an ethical business without doing anything other than what the patient needs
We are looking for a motivated, personable dentist to start part-time, with full-time opportunity, in a state-of-the-art private dental practice. Need to be eager to learn, a people person and a team player.
You must be able to work Any day.
We are a family-oriented practice, treating everyone from children to seniors in all disciplines of dentistry including; restoration of implants, RCT, Invisalign, extractions, cosmetic and general dentistry.
Our office utilizes:
Digital X-Rays (Gendex)
CBCT
Carestream dental software
Invisalign
Our practice has been in Montague for over 45 years and we are basically the only practice in town. You will get to work daily with an experienced dentist and will be mentored by the new owner.
