The Part-Time Kitchen Assistant helps with the dining services on the Blairstown Campus of the Princeton-Blairstown Center (camp location). This person will help prepare food, with attention to quality, sustainability, presentation, safety and cost. Also, will help serve food, assist in the cleaning of the kitchen, and other duties as assigned by the Food Services Manager. Start date: Now through end October. Mainly weekends, with Friday hours available (about 14-21 hours a week). $11-$13/hour depending on experience and qualifications.
