QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Payroll/Bookkeeper/General Office Wanted
Must be proficient in Quick Books, Microsoft Excel/Word/Publisher/Power Point/Access
Excellent Phone Customer Service going above and beyond Customers Expectations skills
Outstanding multi-tasking skills
Excellent Organizational Skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to communicate to all levels of management
Ability to work independently without supervision
Must be able to work well in communicating with service and sales management team
Driver's License to perform minimal local business-related tasks, bank deposits if necessary
Minimum of two years hands on experience with AP, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks

Monthly & Weekly Reporting
Accounts Payable / Invoicing
Deposits and Credit Card Receipts
Reconciling accounts and transactions
Data Entry
Filing
Answer/Make calls and emails
Process vendor payments
Perform bookkeeping tasks
Processing payroll
Process forms, write documents, create copies, fax, process mail as needed
Assist with general administrative tasks
Update and maintain
