Pay: $19.14/hr + $2/hr shift differential between the hours of 5pm-5am (totaling $21.14/hr with shift differential)Shift:  Monday - Thursday  8pm-8amLocation: Douglassville, PAPosition: At Techo-Bloc, our industrial cleaners are a crucial piece of the production puzzle. This entry level role is a perfect fit for those newer to the industry, or anyone looking for a career steppingstone in manufacturing.    Your day-to-day will include basic cleaning tasks in the plant but, most importantly, keeping the cement mixers clean, while putting safety at the forefront. Duties/Responsibilities: Industrial cleaning of all facility equipment, using hand tools, and cleaning applications.  Must be able to climb in and out of the machines and drums.  Must be okay with heights and crawling in small tight spaces Takes personal responsibility for ensuring a safe workplace.  Wear all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including hearing protection, protective eyewear, and safety shoes.  Establishes and maintains good housekeeping standards in all work areas.  Attends all required training. Maintain clean equipment. Support 5S implementation and maintenance throughout the plant.  Must be able to work with minimum supervision, with self-directed work skills. May have to support production when needed.
