Implementation Analyst - Remote

Our client in Pottsville, PA is looking for an Implementation Analyst to join their team. This is a permanent role by way of contract to hire. This is an opportunity to support a very large project that is replacing legacy systems. The company has had a lot of success over the last few years and continues to grow.

Position Description:

  • Coordinate efforts during testing, implementation and post deployment of software additions and modifications
  • Develop test plans
  • Develop testing tracks
  • Document and track progress of projects
  • Drive tool usage for efficient cross team communications and documentation
  • Work with team to design project plans for new and existing systems/applications
  • Determine project timelines and tasks
  • Provide user and personnel support for existing and new projects/applications
  • Keep up to date with current technologies and methodologies
  • Communication is key in this role- working with BAs and development team in India
  • Will be required to do deployments 1-2 times a week in parallel with teams in India (this may require log on time as early as 5am EST)
  • Environment is a Mix between agile and Kanban

Required Skills:

  • Organized and strong comm skills to help move items to production
  • experience with agile and Kanban
  • Jira and confluence (test plans, communications)
  • Self-starter and self-driven (can research things on own, etc.)
  • SQL and .NET troubleshoot and testing experience, running queries
