Techo Bloc is seeking its next passionate Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance department at our facility based in Douglassville, PA. As a seasoned maintenance professional, you will build programs for preventive, proactive, and predictive maintenance. Your contribution maximizes the longevity of the machinery and equipment's excellent performance - a vital piece to our production puzzle!Here is a snapshot of your day-to-day:Hands-on Management80% of time spent on the floor with their teamCollaborate with operational leaders to proactively address maintenance issues.Oversee a team of plant technicians and specialists regarding maintenance. Act as a point of contact for questions, coaching and guidance.Manage projects for new equipment installations and equipment rebuildsLayout, read and fabricate to construction drawings.Lead troubleshooting through planning, and execution in both mechanical and electrical breakdownsKeep detailed maintenance records on all equipment and tasks performed on the equipment by maintenance teamManage plant maintenance costs, plant process reliability, and subcontractors onsite at plant locationCollaborate with outside contractors, and vendors.Assist with calculations, projections and applications for fabrication and layout.
