Fabrication Candidates should:
Have their own tools
Be able to Weld Aluminum and Steel with spool gun
Be able to use Press Brake and Metal Shear to form metal
Have a mechanical mindset
Knowledge of Trailer Repair a Plus
Trailer Mechanic Candidates should:
Have their own tools
Be able to Repair / Rebuild Air Brake Systems
Be able to Repair / Rebuild Suspension Assemblies
Have ability to change trailer panels and repair trailer door assemblies
Have ability to change trailer rails
Have a mechanical mindset
Knowledge of Liftgate install and repair a huge plus
Knowledge of Diesel, Propane and Gasoline Engines a plus
