Overview: As an IT Business Analyst you participate to and lead the improvement of various IS applications optimizing the business's manufacturing and logistics capabilities. You understand of end-to-end business processes and facilitate the translation of business needs into IT solutions. You manage strategic discussions with stakeholders . Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate processes, anticipating requirements, Client areas for improvement
  • Analyze ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
  • Cross functional meetings with development & business teams for tracking progress
  • Information & requirement gathering from stakeholders
  • Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
  • Ensure timely UATs & testing deployments
  • Check for potential vulnerabilities & bugs in live environment
  • Sprint planning & management for all requirements
  • Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
  • Develop and drive project plan and deliverables.
  • Engage and ensure resources are aligned with the project schedule and on track with the test effort
  • Collaborate with other workstreams and stakeholders to identify dependencies
  • Ensure all deliverables are reviewed and approved by key stakeholders
  • Identify, manage and communicate risks and issues as appropriate
  • Drive continuous improvement for future project lessons learned
Our Expectations:
  • Bachelor' s degree in Business (or Management), Computer Science, Engineering, Data, Analytics or related discipline, or equivalent work experience is required.
  • At least 5 years' experience in manufacturing and logistics.
  • Ability to multi-task and provide deliverables within fixed timelines and under pressure, as well as the ability to work well in a demanding, dynamic environment and meet overall objectives
  • Knowledge of the manufacturing and warehouse environment. This includes the hardware, software, procedures and best practices.
  • Experience working with multiple parties including Project Analysts and third party vendors on high profile and innovative solutions.
  • Very good knowledge in PI/QM/PM and WM
  • Very good knowledge in SAP PP
  • Very good knowledge in SAP ECC and S/4HANA
  • Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously with a keen desire to learn and expand depth of knowledge
  • Demonstrates excellent verbal/presentation and written communication skills
