Senior Deployment

Manager (IOT Retail Deployments)

to work with large enterprise to Program Manage IOT devices installations in Retail locations. Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting and stability of project-oriented work efforts. Deployments will be fast and furious and you will be at the point person to ensure the work happens as expected, on time and with quality. You will work between Enterprise Business Leaders, Retail Location Managers, Technicians and Operations Experts.

Location: Philadelphia, PA (Remote)

Responsibilities:
  • Work as part of the IOT team supporting fast paced, technical, multi-location Retail location IOT deployments.
  • Program Manager lead ensuring deployment milestone are met and key data is collected and precise at the end of every deployment.
  • Work with Product Management Teams, Install team, Operations teams and Senior Leaders
  • Communicate program status, risks, impediments.
  • Responsible for ensuring deployments are complete on-time, with quality, with happy Retail customers at the end.
  • Must possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of Project Management methodologies and tools.
  • This is a single or multiple incumbent(s) position that typically exists in a small to medium size enterprise with multiple project managers, project leaders and/or project support staff as direct or dotted line reports.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 8+ years of Program Management Experience with multiple internal and external stakeholders

  • Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or another related field. Or equivalent work experience.

  • Schedule: Able to accommodate Central Time, Mountain Time and West Coast extended hours.
  • Ability to manage Program and cross-functional teams.
  • Possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of Project Management methodologies and tools.
  • Retail Deployment Experience and IOT experience highly preferred.
