Job DescriptionClient is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our business unit. As an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the operational efficiency of our facility by performing in-house repairs and maintenance on a variety of machining equipment. Your deep understanding of mechanical and electrical systems will be essential in diagnosing issues, conducting preventative maintenance, and addressing any challenges that arise. We are seeking a professional with a proactive approach to all aspects of maintenance, particularly in ensuring the reliability of our electrical and mechanical systems.Key Responsibilities:Perform routine and emergency maintenance on industrial machinery, focusing on ensuring the seamless operation of both mechanical and electrical systems.Diagnose and resolve complex issues involving controls, electrical systems, and mechanical components on production equipment.Conduct thorough preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure equipment operates at peak efficiency.Collaborate closely with production teams to identify potential system vulnerabilities and develop proactive solutions to prevent equipment failures.Undertake in-house repairs across a wide range of machinery, with attention to both electrical and mechanical details.Skillfully read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints to troubleshoot and repair equipment efficiently.Maintain meticulous records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment status, ensuring comprehensive documentation.Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements during maintenance activities.Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment, ensuring proper setup and integration.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
