Our Client, a leader in the natural gas industry, has an immediate need for a Finance Operations Manager.This position is located in Rochester Mills, PA and is a full time, permanent position. Ideal candidates must understand work-flows and have a strong understanding of pricing and taxation.Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight to a team of 15 people across multiple offices
- Develop and document desktop procedures for customer service
- Understand transactional work-flows and work with corporate finance to improve data integrity and reporting
- Improve and document system of controls
- Oversee fast paced, high volume billing function
- Occasional travel to branch offices (within Western NY and Western PA)
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or finance
- Relevant experience in billing and/or customer service
- Prior experience with complex transactional ERP systems
- Experience in inventory management
