Meet's all production output quantities as dictated by the Work Ticket. Removes parts from the machine. Trims parts from runners, checks part quality, and puts part in case or Gaylord and runners in scrap barrel. Assembles parts if needed per job instructions. Accurately count pieces, tags and closes the box, initials and dates the case label, places it on a pallet. Fills out the Production Summary and gives to the Maintenance / Molding Manager. Notifies mechanic of any quality issues so machine adjustments can be made. Tags bad parts if needed. Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work station.
