Carpenter / handyman needed for residential renovations in Scranton and vicinity. We are Property Management company in need of somebody to prepare apartments after tenant moves out, help with repairs and work on reno project.
Must have knowledge of general carpentry, drywall, spackling, flooring, painting, general home repairs, landscaping lawn mowing or snow removal might be needed as well.
Knowledge of basic plumbing/electrical is a plus (replacing toilet, faucet, light switch, light, etc.)
Must be Reliable, Thorough and have own transportation and basic tools.
Work always comes up, can count on a steady flow. Flexible time.
