Seeking a friendly, knowledgeable, service-oriented technician with a passion for hospitality to join our team.
As the primary point of contact for customers, the technician is responsible for using their knowledge, hospitality and service skills.
Key Requirements:
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
- Open availability. Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent communication abilities
Responsibilities:
- Completing service requests
- Organizing company trucks
- Monitoring customer satisfaction
- Keeping customer informed
