I am looking for contractors that I can trust, timeliness, high quality of work, and longevity to show the client that we can complete the work on time and to the client standards. You must follow the work order and the client guidelines.
Qualified contractors must be able to perform the following various services: Grass Cuts, Landscape, Lock Changes, Trash Outs, General repairs (Rehab), Winterizations, Evictions, Maid Services, and Evictions and other assorted general labor items.
Requirements:
You must have your own smart phone, trailer, locks, mower, generator, compressor, general tools to complete repairs.
You must have General Liability and Errors/Omission insurance, as well as Aggregate Care Custody and Control. Policies must be written a certain way in order to meet company standards.
Must be able to pass a background check with Aspen Grove if you do not already have an Aspen Grove number.
If your state requires licensing for work to be completed in your area - you are responsible for being licensed.
Required to upload photos through PPW.
Payment as follows: your first check will be 2 weeks after your first work order is submitted. After that, you will be paid weekly every week by direct deposit only.
