Our client, a leader in the building and architectural space, has an immediate need for a
Senior Electrical Engineer to join their growing team. This individual will serve as the subject matter expert for electrical engineering on projects involving new and renovation construction. This is opportunity is a hybrid role with on-site work on Tuesdays and Thursdays. It is a direct hire opportunity. Responsibilities- Direct the design and construction administration of power, lighting, and telecommunication systems for both new and renovation construction in multiple market segments
- Oversee the coordination of drawing sets with the project team including compiling drawings and specifications at each project submission.
- Collaborate with clients and internal team members through both virtual and on-site meetings.
- Travel with team members for on-site collaboration, investigations, and project presentations.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architectural or Mechanical engineering
- PE registration in VA, MD, DC, or PA (or a reciprocal state)
- 4+ years of related industry experience
- Experience using Revint or similar software preferred
- Familiarity with applicable codes
