System Operations Analyst Contract OpeningRemote ( NJ or PA )

  • Experience with Veeva Vault specifically the creation of Multichannel presentations/slides, email templates, and email fragments (HTML included).
  • Experience with Veeva CRM specifically CLM content; basic understanding of how Vault integrates with CRM and ability to navigate in CRM to test multichannel presentations/slides and email templates/fragments
  • Develops or updates documentation on new or existing processes as necessary
  • Participates in meetings to ensure business needs are met.
  • Identifies, analyzes, and resolves system problems.
  • Develops and directs tests to ensure works meet quality standards and needs
  • Able to work weekends to support Medical Congresses
  • Ability to manage own work-load and turn around deliverables quick
  • Independent (once trained)
  • Good communication skills to work with medical business are
Preferred
  • Experience in life sciences and/or pharma industry
  • Experience in Commercial/Sales or Medical
