Job Description
The Inventory Analyst in the Planning and Allocation department is engaged. They possess a strong leadership presence that aids in achieving the best result. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop Allocation strategies for replenishment, fashion and seasonal product; identify store outliers and recommend corrective actions; and allocate to stores based on those strategies.
- Create assortment plans ensuring choice counts and depth supports store needs and strategic vision.
- Analyze size selling and recommend pack sizes to service customer demand.
- Initiate conversation with management and cross functional partners to provide recommendations.
Qualifications
- EDUCATION- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain, or related field
- RETAIL EXPERIENCE - Prior retail experience is a plus
- EXPERIENCE - 1+ years’ relevant experience required
