| Duties and Responsibilities: | This position will provide |
| | high-level operational and |
| | administrative support to the |
| | Director, Environmental Health & |
| | Safety. The EH&S Business |
| | Services Specialist will manage |
| | the daily aspects of the accounts |
| | payable and purchasing functions |
| | through Concur and NovaBuy |
| | systems as well as ensuring that |
| | vendors are properly onboarded |
| | and contracts are fully executed. |
| | This position includes detailed |
| | financial duties including |
| | reconciliation of expenses and |
| | preparing month- and year-end |
| | projections. The EH&S Business |
| | Services Specialist will assist |
| | in daily business processes. This |
| | position is r sponsible for |
| | |
| | EHS compliance and technical |
| | tasks including injury and |
| | incident tracking using internal |
| | and third-party services; |
| | supporting training efforts |
| | including documenting training |
| | completion and publishing |
| | training using |
| | |
| | LMS platforms; scheduling and |
| | support of Employee Safety |
| | Committee; assisting with |
| | administration of chemical |
| | inventory system; tracking and |
| | storing manifests for regulated |
| | waste. |

| Minimum Qualifications: | - High School Diploma |
| | - Understanding of general |
| | office procedures and |
| | equipment; demonstrated |
| | ability with MS Office suite; |
| | understanding of |
| | budget/financial transaction. |
| | - Excellent oral and written |
| | communication skills. Ability |
| | to manage difficult |
| | conversations with parents |
| | and other constituents. |
| | Strong organizational and |
| | interpersonal skills. Ability |
| | to work independently with |
| | minimal supervision. |
