Our client has an immediate need for a
Technical Writer, who will be responsible for providing support for multiple information security-related initiatives.Requirements:- Degree in a technical field such as computer science or focus on English, writing, or communications
- 2 + plus years of equivalent job experience
- Experience in Microsoft Word, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience creating documentation for audiences of various skill levels
- Experience presenting technical information in a live setting such as video conference, formal presentations, classroom training
- Developing, reviewing/revising, and maintaining technical documentation, including but not limited to policies, procedures, standards, system architecture/engineering, testing, user documentation, intracompany communications
- Writing, formatting, editing, reviewing, and proofing procedural and technical information for technical and non-technical audiences
- Assisting in planning, scheduling, and tracking documentation working to meet deadlines and internal customer deliverables
- Creating, revising, and updating documentation templates for various specific purposes to be utilized by others and ensuring the consistent end-user experience
