Please note that to start the role it will be remote for 3 - 6 months but once this Covid19 is behind us - it will be an in-house role.Responsibilities include:
- Excellent communication skills, attention to details
- Independent management of complex projects with minimum supervision
- Ability to develop strong client relationships
- Responsible to work as a liaison between PO & Tech team
- Primary interface with strategic partners to produce business and functional requirements
- Obtain client approval of acceptance criteria and priorities
- Prepare and product business requirements, functional requirements document inclusive of business, operational, and technical needs.
- Map requirements to functional processes/workflows to clarify requirements
- Analyze requirements through client’s brief, roadmap and transform them into solutions for implementation
- Prioritize backlog of user stories throughout the release and sprint planning cycles
- Process analysis and design, documentation and data collation/analysis.
- Project management experience is a Plus (project plan, status reporting and communications, risk/issue management etc.).
- Written and verbal communication (7-8 in a scale of 10)
- Creative and Innovative; ability to focus; attention to functional and technical details; process oriented
- Experience – Waterfall and Agile (3-4 years on both)
- Tools – JIRA, Rally, Sharepoint, Quality Center, MS Visio, Powerpoint etc.
- Health care domain expertise
- Outstanding communication skills
- Strong knowledge on agile methodologies
