Location: West Conshohocken, PA Description: Our client is currently seeking a Application Support SpecialistThis position is looking for someone who has worked day to day with developers. More of a web developer background and troubleshooting custom software with the Agile or any other methodology.
Qualifications & Requirements:- Experience working with applications hosted both in an On-premises and Cloud infrastructure
- Knowledge of project planning, including cost/benefit analysis and resource allocation.
- Ability to get development sprints finished on time and on budget.
- Agile experience preferred
- Experience using issue tracking and collaboration software like Jira and Confluence.
- Experience and expertise using help desk applications like Zendesk, and Jira Service Desk.
- Familiarity with DevOps principles and practices
- Preferred experience with web apps using Microsoft .NET framework.
