The Alternative Investment Tech Platform (AIP) comprises of a suite of applications, including in-house software products and vendor applications like Investran and Fund Runner. The platform supports mission critical business functions such as reference data management, fund accounting, workflow management and reporting across Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office processes. Role & Responsibilities Partner with Front Office, Middle Office, Operations partners to understand and elaborate requirements. Partner with different Stakeholder across different line of business and Drive Business and IT Transformation. Document Functional Requirements with supporting UI Mockups/Wireframes, use cases, current vs future state flow diagrams and sequence diagrams. Participate in technical design discussions to ensure the design meets specifications. Assist QA teams to bridge the gap in understanding requirements and review test cases/test plan to make sure all scenarios are covered. Perform BA Testing before functionality is rolled out for UAT. Proficiency in basic UML diagrams (Use Case, Activity, Interaction, Sequence) Hands-on BA, ready to dive into data model to perform data analysis. Lead and manage projects through development, testing, and deployment to production by aligning respective teams, setting expectations and addressing requirement related questions. Provide updates to the key stakeholders in the form of ppt slides etc. on the progress and any delays or risks. Primary Skills (Must Have) Min. 8+years of experience on following: Prior Experience in working in Business or Operations for Equity Trading, Hedge Funds or Private Equity. Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills. A proven ability to build strong collaborative working relationships with business partners and department leads. Have good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle Prior Knowledge of Alternative Investments, Hedge Funds, Private Equity will be an added advantage.
