Duration: 5 Months Contract

Location: 100% Remote

Salary: $75.00/Hourly on W2

Role Description: The

Project Manager-Salesforce Integration must have at least 4+ years of experience.

Responsibilities:

- Promotes collaborative teamwork, innovativeness and instills best practices into the working style of the team.

- Manage program/project portfolio and service cross-functional transformation initiatives such as Lean Six Sigma and Global Resourcing projects, and monitor the quality of milestone artifacts, project and program reporting, and project governance.

- Provide senior management with visibility into project progress, while supporting effective decision-making, approvals, and direction.

- Provide value-added Project Management mentoring to team members to support successful project delivery (i.e., Project Management methodologies, job aides, and best practices training).

- Accountable to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet partner expectations.

- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education:

- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, a related discipline, or equivalent. education/experience preferred.

- PMP Certification

Skills and Competencies:

- Expert knowledge of project metrics, including gathering, reporting, trend analysis, creation, and metrics.

- Expert user proficiency with computer applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, and any other related financial software.

- Expert knowledge of risk assessment (including cost/benefit analysis) and quantification methodologies.

- Expert ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses.

- Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies preferred.

Top Must-Have Skills:

This role will be part of a SalesForce integration. It is more of a traditional Project Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a Pod consisting of an Experience Owner, Architect, Salesforce Engineers/Developers

- Project work is strictly working within SalesForce

- 5-month assignment, could be extended

- SalesForce integration would be a big plus

- Finance, M&A, and Salesforce experience is a nice plus

Schedule:

Days: M-F

Hours per week: 8-5PM EST (candidates must work these hours)

Flexible hours: fully remote

OT: as-needed

Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent

Experience: Minimum 4+ years of experience

Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses

Travel: No

Local Preferred: Yes

Note: Must be able to work on a W2 basis
