UX/UI Designer for our client in the

Duration: 6 Months Contract to Hire

Location: 100% Remote

Salary: $75.00-$85.00/Hourly

Role: UX/UI Designer
Primary Skills: Agile Role Description: The

UX/UI Designer must have at least 5+ years of experience.

Top Must-Have Skills/Requirements:

- Sketch (Hard Requirement - No Training)

- Adobe Creative Suite

- InVision Studio

- Wire framing

- Prototyping

- Responsive Design

Nice to Have:

- Banking experience or regulated industry

- Testing/ research- would want to validate what is being worked through

- More technical knowledge/ ok with more technical work

- Experience working with FullStack crews would be a bonus

- Will likely be working in the money movement sector (i.e., wire transfers)

Degrees/Certifications/Years of Overall Experience Required:

- 5+ years of experience

What will separate an average candidate vs a great candidate on a resume?

- Strong communication skills

- Financial service experience

- Experience with Responsive accessible designs

- Experience designing using design system components

Day to Day Responsibilities:

- Develops and designs the features of new or existing digital experiences to take advantage of an identified market need or opportunity.

- Partners with key stakeholders including sales, marketing and other internal service - Partners as well as external stakeholders to ensure all digital experiences meet their strategic goals.

- May participate in client facing activities.

- Drives business, financial, and customer experience results of digital experiences and recommends modifications in experiences and/or marketing to improve results.

- Agile environment

- Mostly Hi Fi- contributing to design system

- Main interaction is going to be with Agile Crew, Product Managers, other Designers.

- Ability to meet deadlines

Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent

Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience

Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses

Note: Must be able to work on a W2 basis
