- Develop publication development timelines and track related milestones.
- Manage the use and maintenance of publication management tool (e.g. Datavision or other web-based tools).
- Maintain publication plan in publication management tool.
- Manages author agreements and all documentation ensuring publication process is compliant with internal standard operating procedures and ICMJE (International Committee of Medical Journal Editors) recommendations, and journal or conference requirements.
- Assisting with the development and planning activities for scientific meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Tracking and managing external facing SharePoint sites, including set-up, maintenance, and managing user access and content management.
- Bachelor's degree/Master's degree in public health, biology, or life sciences (or closely related discipline: epidemiology, biostatistics, biometry, or biological sciences) required. Required Experience and Skills: Exposure to clinical/observational research (1-2years of related job or equivalent experience; e.g. Research Assistant, Research Coordinator, and/or Project Manager).
- Proficient and knowledgeable in Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Power Point, Excel, Teams, etc.).
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Experience working on cross-functional teams.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to be flexible and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously .
- Ability to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of epidemiologic or outcomes research.
- Must haves: Microsoft skills, word, excel, Teams. Basic project management experience (1-2years), timeline management, deadline management. Nice to have: Data vision experience, Publication experience, research coordinator background and clinical research coordinator background.
- The position is open to all PA and NJ locations. Currently, we are proceeding with remote working and will eventually (but with uncertainty for when) be returning to the office.
