Job DescriptionThe Talent Operations Process Specialist reports to the Director of HR Talent Operations and is responsible for managing the lifecycle of our annual talent programs and for identifying process improvement opportunities to optimize program administration. This role develops tools & resources required to support the execution of these key processes, partnering closely with the Global Process Owners, Global Talent Management Center of Excellence (CoE), and HR Solutions.Core Responsibilities

Work with the Global Process Owners and CoE Subject Matter Experts to build supporting tools and resources to drive talent management processes.

Partner with the HR Solutions team and IT to assess improvement opportunities and update talent processes accordingly.

Coordinate program administration logistics related to the enrollment, cohort management, process improvement, and alumni activities of our various leadership programs.

Initiate and manage day to day communications with internal and external stakeholders across various channels like emails, MS Teams, and virtual sessions.

Execute outlined process of identifying and matching program participants to rotational assignments.

Manage invoices and payments with external vendors by tracking against established budget.

Manage routine process inquiries routed to the various program mailboxes in a timely fashion and determine what requires escalation based on complexity.

Fully utilize HR case management and knowledge management systems to manage escalations, obtain resolutions and document/track cases.

Submit and track translation requests related to changes with the annual talent programs and communicate updates with process owners.

Participate in testing system updates and create resources (work instructions, job aids, etc.) to help users navigate.

Qualifications:

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline, or currently in pursuit of degree completion, or equivalent relevant work experience.

3 years of experience in an HR Operations, HR Business Partner, HR Center of Excellence, or related roles.

Required Skills:

Effective collaboration skills to facilitate stakeholder management.

Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize deliverables.

Ability to negotiate with and influence the opinions of key stakeholders and vendors.

Ability to assess, identify, and implement process improvements.

Demonstrated ability to analyze data and highlight key themes.

Proactive approach with laser-focused attention to detail and timely follow-up.

Proficient with Microsoft Tools (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint).

Detail oriented and effective problem solver.

Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, global organization.

Preferred Skills:

Previous experience with talent management programs or in a talent management organization.

Experience with large, company-wide program implementations.

Experience with cloud-based HR technology solutions.

Experience gathering data analytics.

Service center experience a plus.
