Job Title: project manager-HRIS Location: Remote/ Occasional Onsite in Schuylkill Haven, PA Duration: 6 months plus Sia Partners, a next-generation consulting firm, focused on delivering superior value and tangible results to its clients is seeking a qualified Senior Project Manager for a contract opportunity to project manage the design and global implementation of a HRIS solution for a client in the greater Philadelphia area. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation of a HRIS technology solution across a large, complex global organization
  • Collaborate with client and gain alignment on business requirements and standardized processes for the future state solution
  • Work with client and vendor to define future state process designs to be implemented throughout various areas within the Human Resource Department
  • Identify project dependencies and resource needs
  • Manage project work plans, revising them as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
  • Maintain accurate reporting of the project schedule and status (relative to time, cost, budget and scope)
  • Publish weekly status reports/dashboards
  • Facilitate project status meetings and key stakeholder reviews with Senior Leadership
  • Define and oversee Change Management and Training activities needed to accelerate the adoption of the new processes and technology
  • Manage issues and risks in order to minimize exposure and risk on project
  • Provide leadership to diagnose and overcome barriers to team/project progress
  • Identify and engage key Stakeholders as appropriate
  • Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project and scope
  • Review project deliverables
  • Elevate all critical issues and risks with suggested courses of action
  • Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
  • Communicate effectively and collaborate with Business stakeholders to achieve project goals
  • Create and manage the following deliverables: Project Workplans, Project Risks and Issues Log, Weekly Status Report / Dashboards
QUALIFICATOINS
  • 7-10+ years' Program and/or Project Management Experience
  • Experience implementing HR/HRIS applications for a global organization is required
  • Strong Human Resource Operations experience is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated experience with active/hands-on project management
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple project workstreams at once
  • Experience with Pre-employment Screening technology implementation is a plus
  • Strong collaboration, facilitation, influencing skills with the ability to build consensus
  • Demonstrated experience instituting & adapting project management principles tools and disciplines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills written and oral; ability to lead
  • Change management experience desirable
  • Ability to be organized and multi-task; to establish and follow priorities
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
