Bastress Winery & Mountain Top Distillery are hiring Seasonal Festival Staff for the end of Summer/Fall/Winter 2019/2020 season. This position would be working with our team to execute off-site events representing both winery & distillery brands.
Applicants who apply must have weekend availability. Friday availability in some cases is helpful. Some travel may be required.

Position outline:
As a company we work at off-site festivals every weekend during festival season. Those events require a team to pack up supplies at the winery, load them up in the van, and travel to the festival. Once at the festival the team must unpack the van, setup, and then engage in sales with festival attendees. This position requires someone willing to work hard, work as a team, and be interested enough in the products being sold that customers will engage and purchase.
Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must be able-bodied and able to lift upwards of 50-100lbs regularly
Be able to provide two references
Valid PA Drivers license and reliable transportation

Part-time, seasonal position. Base pay is $10/hour plus tips. Pay rate will be based on experience and availability.
