- Has previous experience managing projects related to hardware systems, software, network connections and servers with a proven track record of successful on-time/within-budget deliveries.
- Must have experience managing any type of infrastructure upgrade projects (VPN installation, phone installation software relating to infra ie. O365 upgrade,etc.)
- Has familiarity with the details in the setup of software, standard installs, VMs and custom software configurations for both local and in remote locations.
- Has expanded knowledge in infrastructure concepts.
- Has Cloud knowledge.
- Has familiarity with InfoSec concepts and issues.
- Has experience with developing & maintaining financial estimates & project financial plans
- Has experience managing projects using agile methodologies
- Experience managing multiple projects at once is key. Need to be able to multitask. Juggle projects, work across enterprise.
- Understands key business drivers and uses this understanding to accomplish own work.
- Solves standard problems by analyzing possible solutions using experience, judgement and precedents.

- PMP Certification preferred but not required.
- Microsoft Projects and Jira exp preferred.
- Scrum & Kanban Agile experience. Moving infra and cyber to that model.
- Experience Running daily standups.
